DELIvery
Once work has started, cancellations are not allowed, and the 50% down payment is non-refundable. Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases at the commissioner's discretion.
Booking secures your slot but does not guarantee the immediate start of work. Projects are completed according to the commissioner's schedule and will be delivered within the agreed turnaround time.
The deadline provided must be the commissioner's deadline, not your actual school or university submission date. If no deadline is specified, the output will be delivered within 3–4 business days. Clients are responsible for providing a deadline that allows sufficient time for review and submission. The commissioner shall not be held liable for any late submission to the client's school or university once the output has been delivered within the agreed turnaround time.
To maintain an efficient workflow, progress updates are provided upon request unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Note: Professional and respectful communication is expected at all times. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation or rejection of the commission without a refund.
REVIsions
Two (2) minor revisions are provided free of charge if requested within 12 hours of delivery, provided they are due to the commissioner's failure to follow the agreed instructions.
Examples of free minor revisions: correcting typographical or grammatical errors, fixing formatting issues, replacing incorrect elements, or making adjustments that align with the original agreed requirements.
Requests involving new or revised instructions, additional content, design changes, or modifications beyond the original project scope (e.g., changing the theme, layout, writing style, references, or adding new pages/slides) are NOT considered revisions and may incur additional charges.
The scope of revisions and any applicable fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
NO FEEDBACK, NO REVISION. Revision requests will only be accommodated after the client has reviewed the delivered output and provided clear feedback.
